. By accessing and using the Website, the User unconditionally accepts these Terms of Use. The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time by publishing a new version on the Website; it is the User’s responsibility to review them regularly. The enforceable Terms of Use are those in effect on the date of browsing.
3.2.1 Technical Requirements – The hardware, software, and Internet connection required to access the Site are the sole responsibility of the User, who remains responsible for the proper functioning of their equipment and the protection of their data.
3.2.2 Availability – The Publisher strives to ensure the Site is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance, updates, or technical constraints. The Publisher may, at its sole discretion, suspend, limit, or interrupt access to the Site, or to all or part of its content or features, without notice or compensation.
3.2.3 Security – The User agrees not to interfere with the proper functioning or integrity of the Site (see 2.3).

3.3.4 Restricted territories. The User agrees not to access the Site from a jurisdiction that prohibits the viewing of alcohol-related content or restricts advertising thereof.
3.4.1 General Principles. The User agrees to behave in a fair, lawful, courteous, and responsible manner, to respect the rights of third parties, and not to misuse the Site for purposes contrary to laws and regulations.
3.4.2 Prohibitions. The following are prohibited, among other things, without this list being exhaustive:
a) uploading, publishing, or transmitting any virus or malicious code;
b) disrupting or attempting to disrupt the operation of the Site, its servers, or networks;
c) probing or testing the vulnerability of the Site, or circumventing its security or authentication measures;

3.4.3 Penalties. In the event of a breach, the Publisher may suspend or terminate the User’s access, remove any disputed content, and take any appropriate action, without prejudice to claims for damages.
3.5.1 Outbound Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Publisher has no control over these sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, products, services, advertisements, cookies, or practices. Use of these sites is the sole responsibility of the User.
3.5.2 Inbound Links. Any link to the Site is subject to the Publisher’s prior written authorization; deep linking, framing, or embedding the Site within another site is prohibited.
3.6.1 User Responsibility. Any content posted by Users (hereinafter “User Content”) is posted under their sole responsibility. The Publisher does not endorse any User Content and assumes no liability in this regard.
3.6.2 Moderation. No prior moderation is performed; however, the Publisher undertakes to promptly remove any content reported as unlawful in accordance with the terms of Article 6.I.5 of the LCEN.
3.6.3 License of Use. By publishing User Content, the User grants the Publisher a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt (for technical purposes), and display said content, for the sole purpose of making it available on the Site.
3.6.4 LCEN Notification. Any notification must specify: the date, the identity of the notifying party, a description of the disputed content and its precise location, the legal grounds, and a copy of the correspondence sent to the author or justification for the inability to contact them.
3.7.1 Company Content. 3.8.6 Exercising Rights. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the User has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, which they may exercise by contacting contact@domainedelaunay.fr. They may file a complaint with the CNIL.
3.9.1 Accuracy of Information. The Publisher endeavors to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, but cannot guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors.
3.9.2 Free Access. Access to the Site is provided free of charge; to the extent permitted by law, the Publisher disclaims all liability for:
a) any interruption of the Site;
